I am pleased to share that the Mass Cultural Council's $15 million one-time FY23 grant program, which is dedicated to promoting a diverse cultural sector in Massachusetts, is encouraging individuals and groups to apply for grants through their program, which provides financial support to help artists and cultural organizations.
The program's unrestricted grants are available to creatives and gig workers who are struggling with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and the grant offers unrestricted funding of $5,000. This program is funded through the state's pandemic recovery funds. The program is one of two that the Mass Cultural Council has created to support the cultural sector in the state. It's open to all groups and individuals who are involved in the arts, humanities, and social sciences.
Questions? Attend an info session on October 6, or view recorded info sessions in English or Spanish.
The deadline to apply is November 1, 2022.
